Frequently asked questions

No, we don't have a policy of forced upgrades on either of our parks*. Once you have purchased your holiday home it is yours to enjoy for as long as you would like. Allowing you and your family to make precious memories for a lifetime. If you would like to upgrade your aging caravan our team are always on hand to assist with this. We can also offer part exchange if this was an option you would like to consider.

*Unless your holiday home is deemed to be unsafe for any reason.

Yes, you can upgrade your holiday home — simply speak to a member of our team or give us a call to discuss your upgrade options. You may also be eligible to part-exchange your existing holiday home too!

Whether you want an extra bedroom, more storage, added luxuries such as a walk-in wardrobe or you're just after a newer model, upgrading can be a great way to continue your ownership lifestyle. If you want to sell your holiday home, then your options will differ depending on your situation*. All sale enquiries must go through our office where our team will be happy to help you decide on the best option for you.

*Please note in some instances it may not be possible for you to sell your caravan on our park due to its age and condition.

Your holiday home must be insured. We have a recommended broker, Compass, who offer a range of comprehensive packages. The annual premiums range in price, depending on your holiday home's age and size, plus the level of cover you require. For a quote, please contact Compass directly.

Superfast broadband packages are available via our provider Vfast Internet (part of the Orbital Internet Group). You can contact them directly on 01227 668901 or visit vfast.co.uk for more information. Please use ME12 4QR for Nutts Farm and ME12 4QT for Priory Hill.

Each caravan and chalet comes with its own bin and as an owner, you receive one black bag and one clear bag (for recycling) per week. If you find yourself in need of extra bags, pop by the office or speak to a member of the ground team. Our collection days are on Mondays, when all bins will be emptied. We also have ad hoc collections throughout the week as needed.

If you have larger items like mattresses or appliances to dispose of, you can arrange for bulk rubbish collection through the office or by talking to our ground team.

If you own a caravan or chalet at Priory Hill, you are entitled to two owner passes*, four club passes, and four swimming passes. For our Nutts Farm owners, you'll receive four club passes.

Nutts Farm owners are also welcome to enjoy our swimming pool. To do so, they will need to purchase a yearly pool pass, a punch card, or a day pass. These can be conveniently bought at the pool entrance or from our office.

*Owner passes grant access to both the club and swimming pool facilities.

Chalet owners at Priory Hill are kindly reminded to arrange for their Council Tax payments directly with the local council. Static caravans are exempt from Council Tax payments.
